Topxone Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities Explained in Detail

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Topxone platform. By creating an account or using any of our services, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these Terms. Please read this document carefully before registering.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

4. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing your winnings at Topxone is simple and fast. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method that was used to make the deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be made.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes. In rare cases, manual verification may take up to 24 hours.
• Topxone charges no fees on withdrawals. However, mobile banking cash-out charges may apply.
• If a suspicious or unusual withdrawal pattern is detected, the request will not be processed without additional verification.

5. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when placing bets on Topxone:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — the only option available is to use the Cash Out feature.
• If a bet is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection or app crash, the bet status will be determined based on server logs.
• If a match is fully cancelled, the original stake will be refunded. If a match is completed via the D/L method, that result stands as final.
• If an obvious error is found in the odds, Topxone reserves the right to void or correct the affected bet.
• The maximum bet limit set for any category or event must not be exceeded. Limits vary depending on account level and category.
• Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through multiple accounts or system manipulation will result in all related bets being voided.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Topxone offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% of your first deposit. A minimum 5x wagering requirement applies before the bonus can be withdrawn. Only bets with odds of 1.50 or higher count toward wagering.
• Cashback Bonus: VIP members receive a cashback on their weekly net losses, credited every Monday. No wagering requirements apply to this cashback.
• Reload Bonus: Special reload bonuses are available on regular deposits. The wagering requirements for each reload bonus are specified in the respective bonus offer.

• Exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug for personal gain is strictly prohibited — any such issue must be reported to support immediately.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.

8. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Topxone reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
• Bonus abuse or advantage play.
• Failure to submit KYC documents within the required timeframe.

The reason for account closure can be obtained through the support team. If a valid balance exists and no terms have been violated, a refund process will be initiated.

9. Responsible Gaming
